We are seeking individuals who can create a person-centred approach to support customers with daily tasks and goals in our Disability Support role.
This is a permanent, part-time position located in Wangaratta that offers opportunities for growth and development.
- Deliver meaningful support services to people with disability through a collaborative approach
- Manage a monthly rotating roster with varied shifts, including early mornings and sleepover duties
- Utilise experience in the disability sector, including strategies for managing behaviours of concern with a calm and confident approach
- Develop and maintain positive relationships within a team environment
- A Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) is highly desirable for this role
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one year within the last ten years
