Leading Emergency Response and Continuity Expert

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of emergency management procedures and business continuity plans to ensure the continued operations of our facilities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive emergency management plans that align with relevant legislation and standards.
- Lead restorative reviews post-incident to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure effective implementation of emergency management procedures and business continuity plans.
- Provide training and education to staff on emergency management and business continuity requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, emergency management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in emergency management and/or business continuity in a complex operational environment.
- Proven leadership experience and senior team member skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
