Grain Trader Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist our trading team in executing and managing grain purchases and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior traders in executing domestic and international grain trades.
  • Monitor commodity markets, supply and demand trends, and pricing developments.
  • Coordinate logistics, including freight booking, shipping schedules, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update trading systems, positions, and records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze historical data and provide market reports to inform trading decisions.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Participate in internal meetings, market briefings, and trading strategy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in commodities, agriculture, or logistics preferred.

Desirable Skills: Knowledge of grain markets and agricultural supply chains; understanding of futures, hedging, and risk management principles.
