  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing effective evaluation processes, supporting managers in improving program delivery, and leading continuous improvement activities based on evaluation results.

  • We are seeking a skilled professional who can report on and evaluate program progress, ensuring alignment with work plans and organisational goals.

  • A high level of coordination and management skills is essential for this role, as well as exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to various audiences.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of active support and a creative mindset are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
