Job Description

As a Quality and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all information, content, and services meet the established standards of quality.

This role involves developing and implementing quality management frameworks and systems, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulations;
  • Develop and maintain audit programs that supports compliance with internal and external quality standards and/or best practice;
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality and safety issues;
  • Collaborate with clinical practice and other business units and teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives;
  • Monitor and report on key quality, safety and risk metrics and performance indicators;
  • Train and mentor members of the team on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements;
  • Oversee client feedback and complaints, incident and personal information request systems;
  • Report success and barriers to progress to the Head of Assurance;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting quality.
