Lead Christmas Experience Team

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Lead. As the calm through the dynamic festive season, you will keep operations running smoothly and ensure every moment is magical for our visitors.

  • About the Role:
  • Inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create unforgettable visitor experiences.
  • Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow with precision and attention to detail.
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere throughout the festive season.
  • Motivate and energize your team to deliver exceptional results even on the busiest days.
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality and a treasured keepsake.
