We're seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead our Christmas Experience teams in West Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow with precision
  • Welcome families and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity even on the busiest days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality

Requirements

  • Focused on delivering positive experiences for visitors and colleagues alike
