Overview

Christmas Experience Team - West Brisbane. Create Christmas Magic this festive season. No experience needed – just bring the vibe Be the friendly face guiding visitors through Santa's experience and sharing the joy of the season from start to finish. We are hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves) across Australia and New Zealand for sites in the West Brisbane Region, including Ipswich Riverlink and Orion Springfield.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
  • Help capture magical Santa photos
  • Ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults
  • Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience

All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the office is magical. It's fast, it's fun, and no two days are alike.

Qualifications and requirements
  • Full of good vibes and festive energy
  • Great with people (and pets) of all ages
  • Cool under pressure
  • A team player who loves making people feel welcome
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
