Ventia, in partnership with the Australian Defence Force, has an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Trade Repair Production Clerk based at Bandiana Defence Base.

The successful applicant will work from 7:00am to 3:45pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 7:00am to 12:00pm (noon) on Fridays, providing a great start to the weekend

The salary for this role is $70,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation.

Could you be our next Production Clerk?
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook (SAP experience highly regarded).
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • A positive, collaborative team approach.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Performing office-based administrative tasks such as work order generation, reconciling receipts, equipment call-in/out, and assisting with financial planning.
  • Delivering product schedules on time and with quality.
  • Liaising with customers and the Product Management Team to manage schedules, budgets, and service delivery.
  • Contributing to customer requirements assessment and strategy development.
  • Supporting tradespersons with work order management and data entry in systems like MILIS.
  • Assisting management with preparing work schedules based on guidelines and ADF priorities.
  • You must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
