As a Casual Venue Services Officer (F&B), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, customers, and patrons. This role forms part of the Operations and Technical Team, which is responsible for operational, technical, and front-of-house support for Arts Precinct activities.

- Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, and consistent customer service to clients, customers, and patrons.\
- Respond positively to enquiries and requests in a calm and professional manner.\
- Assist with venue tasks as required, including box office/reception duties.\
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of events and performances.\
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.\\/ul>Required Skills and Qualifications\
- \
- Knowledge and experience of customer service requirements in a place of public entertainment or public events.\
- Previous experience working in a community, cultural, arts, hospitality, or entertainment industry venue, particularly in customer service or similar roles.\
- A working knowledge of front-of-house equipment used for performing arts, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings, and functions.\\/ul>Benefits\
