We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at William Adams in Clayton, Victoria. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to front counter enquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Locate and provide Cat parts for customers and technicians, utilizing digital and print resources.
- Follow up and action outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns.
- Participate in parts warehousing tasks, including receiving, order picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to company accounts receivable processes for parts sales transactions.
- Assist with the operation of display areas and maintain stock cleanliness.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn and develop into a Cat Parts Specialist, and a background in mechanical knowledge, preferably in earthmoving and/or automotive. You will possess exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and experience working with different systems and databases.
