Website Support Officer Role 

The role of the Website Support Officer involves providing expert technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our digital presence. This includes converting complex documents into engaging web content and other interactive digital formats.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation, with experience in using SharePoint for site administration, content management, and development. They will be able to estimate time required to complete tasks and report effectively on progress.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build productive working relationships and present complex technical information clearly.

The key responsibilities of this role include maintaining and developing content in SharePoint, assisting in content publication, curating Commission documentation and digital assets, and contributing to documenting team processes.

Responsibilities also include responding to Service Desk requests and incidents, and managing cross-functional workflows. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
