Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our on-site operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing structural landscaping and concreting projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day site operations ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Supervise and work alongside a small team of professionals
  • Read and interpret landscape/construction plans to ensure project deliverables
  • Oversee structural elements including concrete pours, retaining walls, paving, drainage, timber work etc.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and workplace health and safety
  • Liaise with clients, builders and the office team
  • Occasionally operate small plant and machinery
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Concreting (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of structural landscaping methods and materials
  • Proven experience leading teams on-site
  • Ability to problem-solve and deliver results under pressure
  • White Card
  • Driver's Licence (HR licence or machinery tickets an advantage)
  • Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
