Job Summary

We seek a skilled project lead to drive civil infrastructure projects from tendering to finalisation and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include leading a team, developing staff, and implementing cost-efficient strategies to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil infrastructure projects from tendering to finalisation and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and lead a team, develop staff, and drive successful implementation of the North Queensland civil infrastructure department.
  • Assist in procurement of plant and equipment and complete monthly cost reviews.
  • Report on subcontractor spend and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Drive a safety-first approach across the department.

  • Sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction practices and principles.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen and excellent people leadership skills.
