High Precision Machining Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We produce high-quality, precision micro featured metal and polymer machined parts.
Deliver on time and to specified quality standards.
Workshop Management:
We plan, communicate with customers, maintain workshop equipment, and drive improvements to capability. We report on Workshop performance and ensure the safety of all users.
Inventory Management:
We develop and maintain inventories of items needed while maximizing inventory turn.
Ensure efficient production planning within a fast-paced, high-quality working environment.
Requirements:
Three to five years of experience in high-precision CNC vertical machining is required.
A strong understanding of injection moulding processes is also essential.
Familiarity with medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
We require a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
The ability to create and interpret technical drawings and operating instructions is necessary for this role.
Familiarity with Solidworks, G-Code, Makino operating system, and Unigraphics is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
