Position Overview
As a vital contributor to our academic community, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering clinical psychology programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, while also engaging in the institute's research initiatives and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities at Level B:
- Conduct teaching and evaluation for undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts;
- Design, instruct, and oversee units focused on clinical psychology;
- Guide students through psychology placements within FedCare psychology Services;
- Engage in collaborative projects and participate in various committees as needed.
Responsibilities at Level C:
- Lead the development, instruction, coordination, and moderation of courses;
- Conduct teaching and evaluation for undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts;
- Guide students through clinical psychology placements within FedCare psychology Services;
- Supervise students in project courses, honours programs, and research higher degrees.

As a member of the Institute's academic and administrative team, you will bring proven educational, research, and professional expertise. Qualifications at Level B:
- Current general registration as a psychologist, with clinical endorsement and Board Approved Supervisor status from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Commitment to scholarship and potential for academic growth;
- Passion for teaching and learning;
- Experience in academic administration;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications at Level C:
- Current general registration as a psychologist, with clinical endorsement and Board Approved Supervisor status from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Ability to supervise honours and research postgraduate students;
- Capacity to implement a student-centered approach focused on student success, including monitoring success initiatives;
- Demonstrated record of research contributions at a national level.
