Ambitious mechanical engineers are sought to drive the development of innovative infrastructure projects. This leadership role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions across various sectors, including commercial, health, education, and transport.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior team members in their professional growth and development as a day-to-day people leader.
  • Work closely with clients to develop high-quality engineering solutions tailored to diverse industries such as defence, aviation, education, sports, and commerce.
  • Design mechanical services engineering (HVAC) solutions for various sectors, leveraging human-centred design practices to deliver community-focused projects.

Requirements:

  • Holding a relevant engineering degree and possessing experience in mechanical engineering (HVAC).
  • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer or Chartered Professional Engineer, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders.
  • An open-minded attitude, willing to question existing practices and propose innovative perspectives.
