**A little bit about the company**:
Our client is a multi-award winning and reputable franchise agency based in the beautiful Eastern Suburbs. Ranked nationally in the top 10 as a result of their sales results, this business is known for their team culture and low staff turnover. This powerhouse team are looking for a new team member to join the administration department to manage front of house and support the administration and marketing team. Set in a beautiful office, amongst cafes, close to major bus stop and stunning décor this is a group you can proudly align your career with.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Based on reception and managing a busy office you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and guests visiting the office. This role will see you learn the entire sales admin process so you can step off reception in the future and work with the administration and marketing team.
- Answer all inbound calls, direct or take messages
- Greet guests, set up meeting rooms
- Arrange refreshments for guests
- Update properties on the company website once sold
- Issue keys and hand over of documents to clients
- Assist with coordinating team events and parties
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Manage office calendars, track team birthdays and meeting room bookings
- Ad hoc admin support to the property management and sales team
- Keep reception and the meeting areas tidy at all times
- Manage in and outgoing mail, book couriers
- Draft lease agreements and prepare keys for handover
- A current certificate of registration or enrolled to obtain
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and DocuSign
- 12 months experience in a reception role
- Sharp presentation as you will be the face of the business
- The ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks
- A professional and friendly manner
- The eagerness to learn and progress with this business
