Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong administrative skills and are looking to make a meaningful contribution to a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional levels of support to senior members of the company by performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, client services, and general administrative duties.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide accurate and current information in response to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service.
  • Have a high level understanding of clerical duties and possess previous experience in Transport and Logistics, although this is not essential.
Requirements
  • A suitable amount of product knowledge to satisfy sales or service calls via telephone or web enquiries.
  • The ability to present oneself in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong and positive business relationships with customers and end users.
  • The capacity to facilitate a prompt and accurate flow of policy, product, and technical information both within the company and externally to our customers and end users.
