As a Senior Social Worker - Clinical Services, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based child protection clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Clinical Services: Provide expert clinical services to patients/consumers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to Service Development: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement quality child protection services, including service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
  • Monitor and Report: Monitor and report on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning, and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
  • Supervise and Train: Provide training and supervision to less experienced clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in child protection clinical services.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
