Support Workers Required in Hervey Bay
At Just Better Care, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. We're currently seeking Community Support Workers to join our QLD team in Hervey Bay, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
About the Role:
- Personal care: assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Social support/transportation: accompanying customers to social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
- Supporting customers with complex needs and monitoring their well-being
- Participating in staff meetings and attending training sessions as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
- Proof of vaccination (where relevant)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Current Federal Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Card, and Working with Children Check Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)
- Smartphone with internet access
