We are seeking a Cyber Security Enablement Manager to join our team in Richmond or Geelong.

This is a federal government role that requires Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance.

The successful candidate will have experience in project or business management roles, preferably in cyber security, and proven leadership abilities.

They will also have extensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders and knowledge of or qualifications related to Commonwealth Procurement Rules and contract management.

  • Lead complex projects and programs in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and implement cyber security resilience projects during periods of significant change.
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including tracking and reporting.
  • Provide clear direction on IT security standards and policies.
  • Enhance the client's security posture through process improvements and policy development.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in project or business management roles, preferably in cyber security.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical teams in a cyber GRC context.
  • Extensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of or qualifications related to Commonwealth Procurement Rules and contract management.
