Food and Beverage Service Expert

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant in our upscale dining establishment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

About the Role

  • Serve with Excellence: Present menus to guests, take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently while providing attentive service throughout the dining experience.
  • Know Your Products: Be well-versed in all services and facilities offered by our establishment.
  • Upsell and Recommend: Have a thorough understanding of menu items, including the ability to recommend combinations and alternatives.
  • Handle Enquiries: Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting any complaints or issues to supervisors promptly.

This role requires previous experience in a similar hospitality setting, excellent knowledge of food and beverage, and strong interpersonal skills. A Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is also necessary.
