We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Expert to join our Food and Beverage team at W Melbourne.
Job Description:- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
- Foster a culture of exceptional service by ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
- Elevate guest satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution of concerns.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
