Exceptional Cleaning Services Leader

The role requires a highly experienced cleaning services leader to supervise and lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding cleaning services at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

As the team leader, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all day-to-day cleaning operations, including service delivery training, driving in-centre service standards, championing safety, machinery management, consumable control, award interpretation, performance management, roster, and governance.

This position involves working closely with the team to develop a high-performing cleaning team and ensuring the centre meets expected standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of +60 cleaning team members
  • Conduct regular floor walks around the centre to ensure it meets expected standards and reporting requirements
  • Deliver exceptional quality with an eye for detail
  • Manage strong relationships with VIPs and retailers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite
