About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Priceline. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business insights and decision-making. Analyze trade performance to identify opportunities and risks, and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Reporting, Budgeting & Corporate Planning: Own the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting, ensuring alignment with business targets. Contribute to the 5-year corporate plan and provide insightful reporting on performance drivers.
  • Day-to-Day Financial Management: Execute analysis and commentary on P&L results, prepare Board reporting materials, and track expenditure against budgets. Identify risks and opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to develop response plans.
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA/CA qualification.
  • 5+ years of relevant business partnering experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong commercial focus with the ability to create actionable reports for senior management.
  • Proven ability to navigate complexity and build effective partnerships across functions.
  • Ability to lead a team and develop a high-performing culture.
  • Experience in a lean environment with diverse responsibilities.
  • Extensive background in management accounting, performance management, business planning, and budgeting.
  • Critical thinker with strong cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling with large data sets.
  • Experience in project financial evaluation (NPV, ROC) and business case preparation.
  • Proficient in large ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
