  • Maintain group perspective by applying a strong understanding of the group's strategic objectives and business drivers while engaging with project details.

  • Proven track record of success working for a global strategy consulting house and in-house commercial strategy experience for a large corporate.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams to deliver high-impact results.
  • Strong financial literacy and experience in developing and evaluating business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently on highly sensitive projects with minimal direction.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving strategic change.
