Senior Financial Advisory Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Consultant.

This role involves participating in due diligence engagements, analysing financial results through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management. Key responsibilities include identifying and analysing key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights that impact deal value and structuring.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies, including review of financial statements and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Analyse operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners and directors to develop business proposals and pitches.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and experience working in financial advisory or a similar industry.
