Fitness Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team at Generation Health. As a key member of the team, you will work with ADF personnel who have suffered from injury, illness, or trauma to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement holistic care approaches for clients to achieve full fitness and military readiness
- Collaborate with medical and treatment providers (Doctors, Physio's, Psychologist, etc.) for direct support
- Conduct clinical assessments and engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
- Strong clinical reasoning nous and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in conducting various clinical assessments and an unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
