Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elderly Care Specialist to join our team. As an Elderly Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to elderly patients in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health and well-being, identifying individual care needs and developing personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring side effects and effectiveness while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families while educating them about health management and available resources
- Stay informed about best practices in aged care and comply with regulatory standards to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current nursing license
- Experience in aged care nursing or similar healthcare setting highly desirable with strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- A compassionate nature and passion for improving elderly individuals' lives with knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in aged care
