Music Venue Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with bookings and production teams to meet artist requirements and deliver outstanding service.
- Motivate, train, and support casual staff and supervisors to foster a positive team environment.
- Manage daily operations, including overseeing security, coordinating staff, and handling box office activities.
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring venue readiness and addressing any on-the-day issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers on social media and promptly address inquiries during your shifts to enhance the patron experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume operations role, preferably within the live entertainment industry.
- A strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
