As a meaningful connections volunteer, you will have the opportunity to bring joy and companionship to an elderly person in residential care.

This role is perfect for someone who appreciates quiet, reflective moments and values deep conversations. Whether it's sitting in the garden, watching birds, or sharing life experiences, your presence will bring comfort and connection.

Creating a Positive Impact:

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit and yourself. Regular visits from volunteers like you can help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.

Requirements:

18 years or older
• National Police Check arranged by us

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for 30 minutes to one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
