
Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative services, including project support, correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of tasks.
- Lead and direct administrative staff, providing on-the-job training and advice to ensure effective delivery of administrative services.
- Coordinate timetabling and scheduling for the School, collaborating effectively with university staff to achieve common goals.
- Provide financial and HR support, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Offer excellent customer service to students and university stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage records and databases, maintaining accurate information and storing data correctly for easy access.
- Collaborate with other areas of the organisation to deliver continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing, developing, and implementing enhanced administrative systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, education, or similar.
- Proven administrative supervision/leadership experience in a busy, complex environment.
- Strong understanding of administrative and office management procedures.
- Able to learn and understand institutional policies, procedures, and regulations.
