About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring client engagements are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and support across teams to meet contractual obligations.
  • Partner with clients to build strong relationships, understand their business needs, and proactively identify opportunities to value-add to client engagements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, providing an environment of growth and camaraderie.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to define new Managed Services offerings and enhance existing ones.
  • Develop and maintain delivery pre-sales artefacts to drive growth and success.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the managed services industry.
  • Proven experience in managed services delivery, with a strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), ITIL framework, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience managing AWS & Azure Managed Service Provider status and Strategic Account plans.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service.
  • Strong understanding of managed services concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Sound commercial acumen and an enabler in the business.
  • Ability to negotiate, motivate, influence, and build strong relationships.
  • AWS & AZURE certifications and experience.
  • Operational understanding of AWS and AZURE consoles, Service Now, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft DevOps.
