Exceptional Guest Experience Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a floor and bar staff member.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality is essential
  • A positive attitude and motivation to succeed are vital
  • The ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on service are essential

Specialty coffee experience is a plus, but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for quality food and beverage who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers
  • Maintain effective relationships with our customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts is required
  • Reliable transportation to Wollongong, NSW is essential
  • Work authorization for Australia is necessary
