Key Customer Experience Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.
">As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring first-contact resolution and adherence to processes. You will build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing timely feedback to management as needed.
">To excel in this role, you will need excellent verbal communication and writing skills, experience in handling phone calls, email case management and strong administrative skills. Additionally, you should have knowledge of live chat case handling, technical skills, social media proficiency and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities.
">Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, but not essential. What is crucial is your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
