Job Overview
  • Support the Guest Services team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain smooth operations.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to uphold luxury property standards.
Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant and guest inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure alignment with luxury service standards and brand expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of short-term rental operations and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.
