Key Role:

The Regional Account Manager position involves managing and growing existing customer relationships in Victoria. This entails developing regional business strategies, supporting colleagues in food and beverage industry growth, and exploring new market opportunities.

To succeed, you will need to possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and account management principles. Problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and adaptability are also essential.

You will work autonomously, with a combination of time spent visiting customers, office-based work, and occasional remote working. The successful candidate will receive a bonus plan, superannuation, company vehicle or allowance, laptop and mobile phone allowance, and the opportunity to collaborate with a professional team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing and new customer accounts in Victoria
  • Develop regional business plans and implement them effectively
  • Support colleagues in food and beverage industry growth initiatives
  • Explore new market opportunities and conduct feasibility analyses for new product lines
Requirements:
  • Tech qualification or relevant experience in process filtration and/or food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Successful track record in technical sales or support
  • Valid driver's license
