Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior HR & Safety Advisor to develop and implement HR and Safety strategies aligned with the Zeal Futures Business Plan.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business (HR) Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, with a Certificate IV in WHS (desirable).
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with solid knowledge of current HR and safety legislation, policies, and practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships and influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a natural curiosity, dedication, and results-driven mindset.
