Baggage Team Member

As a vital part of airport operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting baggage carts and ensuring they are returned to their stations
  • Providing first and last impressions for airport visitors
  • Assisting passengers with enquiries, directions, and general information
  • Being pro-actively involved in landside operations, keeping up-to-date with events happening in and around the airport precinct
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

Requirements:

  • Focused on delivering exceptional and safe service at all times
  • Flexible and available to do shift work
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from supervisors
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Well-groomed and immaculate presentation
  • Strong personal skills and effective teamwork abilities
  • CAN-do attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident or NZ citizen due to ASIC Pass requirements
  • Fully vaccinated, including COVID-19 booster
