We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Host to join our team at Simonds Homes. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our award-winning homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet prospective clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Promote the Simonds brand and products, highlighting the benefits and features of our homes
  • Provide general assistance to the Sales Consultant as required, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth sales process
  • Record client details and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain the appearance and general tidiness of the display home, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Compile and restock marketing materials, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation
  • Book client meetings and appointments, coordinating with the Sales Consultant to ensure a smooth sales process
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the Simonds brand and products
  • Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
  • Sound computer literacy skills, with experience using databases and software
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
