About the Opportunity

At our organization, we're seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a leadership role within our warehouse operations. This position involves managing a small trade centre and team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate junior staff members.
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
  • Evaluate safety protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Accurately record transactions using our ERP system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer demands effectively.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid forklift license and some experience is required.
  • A proactive hands-on approach combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
