We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager.

  • Achieve business growth by driving sales, market share, and product focus within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
  • Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive accurate actions to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy related to designated product groups to effectively implement territory sales tactics.
  • Utilize Challenger Methodology to enhance customer sales experiences.
  • Collaborate with other team members where overlap of territory responsibilities exists.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, ensuring thorough and accurate reports are completed and provided to management by due dates.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, utilizing sales automation to improve workflow, time management, communication, and increase client contact time.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education: Formal education in Business or relevant medical field.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is essential.
  • Indepth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related areas.
  • Proven success in selling into hospitals.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 25% domestic travel.
