Procurement Professional
We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Sales Administrator to support our Dealers and overseas suppliers of construction and mining equipment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining purchase orders and equipment records in the database management system, ensuring timely and accurate procurement processes are implemented.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, and coordinating logistics.
As a skilled Procurement Administrator, you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for procurement.
- Maintain purchase orders and equipment records in the database management system.
- Maintain shipping documentation/records and coordinate with finance for forward cover.
- Process equipment quotes and place orders on behalf of dealers.
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement processes are implemented.
You will be a key player in driving business growth by streamlining procurement operations, improving supplier relationships, and increasing efficiency.
