As a Disability Support Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disability. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering person-centred care and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with disability. This will involve overseeing service delivery, including staffing, quality, risk, and budgeting. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of growth, wellbeing, and continuous improvement within the team.

You will work closely with health professionals to promote holistic care and build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders. If you have experience in coaching and developing staff teams, strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience in coaching and developing staff teams
  • Strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High integrity, reliability, and time management
  • Understanding of SDA and concierge service models (desirable)
  • Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health (desirable)
Selection Criteria
  • Immunisation status (including COVID)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's licence
  • First Aid & CPR certificates
