Energy Leadership Role in Tasmania

We are seeking a senior electrical engineer with significant experience in the design, construction, or management of large scale industrial or energy infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of a major capital works program focused on renewing and upgrading our assets that have supported energy generation for over 100 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to support the design, replacement, and integration of complex electrical systems.
  • Review and make recommendations for final engineering sign-off on concept designs, detailed drawings, reports, and project proposals.
  • Offer engineering advice to resolve complex project challenges, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with operational requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior and graduate engineers, contributing to team capability and professional development.
About You:

You will be a senior level electrical engineer with a strong track record of providing technical leadership, managing engineering risk, and delivering high quality outcomes across complex projects.

Confident in engineering reviews and decision making, you're also a collaborative team player who values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
