Job Title: Harvest Quality Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a quality specialist responsible for ensuring the highest standards of grain quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to site staff on current quality standards and ensure compliance with company practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their knowledge of grain quality practices.
- Ensure prompt detection and management of contaminated commodities, adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with growers to promote best practices in grain quality.
- Implement effective control measures for grain insects and other pests, chemical residues, and other contaminants.
About You:
- Previous experience in grain sampling, with successful completion of the CBH Grain Sampling certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, communicate effectively, and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Experience in delivering training programs (desired).
- Ability to work at heights, bend, stretch, lift, climb, and meet physical fitness requirements.
