About Our Management Development Program

Our program is designed to develop your business and leadership skills, with experiences and exposure that will set you up for a successful career in finance.

We offer rotations across our divisions, lasting 6 months each, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and broaden your knowledge of the industry.

About the Finance Stream:

Finance trainees have been involved in redesigning metrics for sustainability tracking, streamlining commercial tasks, and navigating budgets to achieve targets.
