Job Description
This role is an exciting chance for you to develop and grow your skills in finance, working closely with the Financial Accountant to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Handling supplier queries
- Managing relationships with suppliers
- Setting up new supplier accounts
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a similar accounts or administration position (1-2 years ideally)
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
