Job Opportunity:

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer and business partner enquiries via all contact channels.
  • Producing customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
  • Resolving customer complaints in accordance with Internal Dispute Resolution or escalating issues outside expertise.
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities.
  • Completing compliance training within the set timeframe.
  • Actively self-managing performance and engaging in coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Adhering to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.
  • Identifying and alerting Risk Management about any risks within the role.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
